Corporate Governance Specialist - Bilingual

Become a Corporate Governance Specialist with CMHC in Ottawa, Ontario. This hybrid, temporary full-time role focuses on enhancing governance processes and requires bilingual proficiency in English and French. Your role involves meticulous documentation and a thorough understanding of compliance requirements to support diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and document Board meetings and internal committees
- Maintain comprehensive meeting records and action lists
- Ensure adherence to governance legislation and guidelines
- Advocate for transparency in decision-making
- Build relationships to benchmark best practices in governance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Five years of governance-related experience
- Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and French
- Knowledge of governance regulations applicable to Crown Corporations
