Remote Carrier Operations & Governance Lead
Twilio Inc.
Twilio is expanding a brand-new Carrier Operations & Governance function and seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that optimize our global telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem.
You will own end-to-end program execution, design runbooks, establish operating cadences, and partner with executives to drive data-informed decisions and governance across the business.
REMOTE-FIRST culture with Canada-based opportunities; travel may be required occasionally.
