Sales Operations Lead at Mira

Lead the sales operations at Mira and shape our B2B success story in hormonal health. This remote role focuses on building systems and engaging with practitioners. Mira is searching for a Sales Operations Lead to develop and optimize our sales processes, ensuring seamless funnel management and practitioner retention. With hands-on involvement in outreach efforts, this role requires leadership skills to establish effective systems and foster cross-functional collaboration. You will play a vital part in nurturing relationships and expanding our B2B operations as we drive women's health forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with practitioners to drive engagement
- Own the entire practitioner sales funnel and its analytics
- Build lead scoring models for focused outreach
- Manage sales and marketing tech stack, including HubSpot
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for streamlined operations
- 5+ years in B2B sales operations or revenue management
- Experience in clinical sales with long-term relationship focus
- Startup experience, building teams and processes from scratch
- Strong analytical skills for actionable insights
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation
