Vous vivrez pour la mode
Vous soutiendrez le directeur du magasin dans tous les aspects du magasin et le diriger en son absence.
Vous motiverez, encadrerez et développerez l'équipe en magasin en collaboration avec le directeur du magasin.
Vous aiderez à obtenir d'excellents résultats
Vous créerez un magasin où l'expérience client et les normes du magasin sont exceptionnelles
Vous établirez de bonnes relations
Vous concernant :
Un fort désir de développer votre expérience en matière de leadership/management/supervision
Une motivation et une volonté d'obtenir d'excellents résultats
Un sens de la mode et une connaissance des dernières tendances
Une solide expérience dans un environnement de face-à-face avec les clients
