Senior GDCL Manager Logistics Operations

Elevate logistics excellence with Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Manager in Canadian distribution. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on continuous operational improvement. As the Senior Manager, GDCL oUSE, you will have total accountability for outbound logistics. Collaborating across various departments and managing performance management of key supply chain KPIs will be essential. You will promote a culture of continuous learning while spearheading improvement initiatives across logistics processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct overall logistics execution to support the Canadian market
- Collaborate with teams for optimal delivery and inventory management
- Monitor and drive corrective actions for supply chain performance
- Lead initiatives focused on continuous operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
- Significant supply chain leadership experience required
- Analytical skillset for translating data into action
- Familiarity with regulated logistics environments preferred
- Strong communication abilities in a diverse team context
