The opportunity:
The Application Specialist (1st Line) provides operational, application and quality control support to customers all across the North region of Italy . The role includes supporting customers in this region through user training, troubleshooting, system installations and quality-related activities.
The Application Specialist ensures that Sakura solutions are used correctly and according to procedures. The specialist works independently on non-complex projects, including activities within the North of Italy, in line with Sakura’s way of working. For some projects, a structured and well-considered approach may be required.
We perfectly match if
you have
Relevant degree in Laboratory Sciences or equivalent background.
Minimum 3 years of experience in histopathology is strongly recommended.
Strong training and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Hands-on, practical mentality with high customer focus.
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary, cross-country teams.

Are fluency in Italian language and proficient in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Are willing to travel at least 70 up to 75% of the time.
