Conseiller Support Client NetSuite Senior

LIDD Supply Chain Consultants

Maîtrisez NetSuite et le support client chez LIDD, en accompagnant des utilisateurs avec des analyses précises et des résolutions rapides. Travaillez avec des clients sur leurs demandes quotidiennes.

Comme conseiller senior au sein de la pratique NetSuite de LIDD, vous gérerez une grande variété de demandes de support. Vous utiliserez vos compétences en communication, analyse, administration NetSuite et gestion des exigences. Votre contribution couvrira la conception de solutions, les tests, le déploiement et l'assistance continue.

Responsabilités clés:

Fournir une assistance aux utilisateurs et une réponse initiale aux tickets
Recueillir les exigences et participer aux entretiens clients
Attribuer et mettre à jour les rôles et permissions
Générer des rapports et réaliser des personnalisations mineures
Concevoir, tester et déployer des solutions NetSuite

Exigences:

Posséder au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
Avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience en consultation ou analyse commerciale
Connaître les fonctionnalités de base de NetSuite
Maîtriser les principes et la terminologie comptables de base
Résoudre des problèmes complexes avec un minimum d'assistance

Apportez votre expertise NetSuite, votre sens analytique et votre orientation client aux mandats de support de LIDD.
