Enterprise Customer Success & Implementations Lead

Icon Ventures

TrustArc is seeking a Customer Success & Implementation Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise clients from kickoff through their lifetime with TrustArc. You will train customer teams to configure the TrustArc platform, use its AI-powered features, and connect it to HR, CRM, marketing and support systems so their privacy program delivers measurable results.

You will drive platform adoption across your portfolio, act as the primary trusted advisor, and lead business reviews focused on outcomes,
