Senior Finance Analyst for Portfolio Management

Lead financial planning and compliance as a Senior Finance Analyst. Focus on investment onboarding and deliver impactful financial reports while mentoring a talented finance team. This position plays a crucial role in managing financial planning and reporting for a growing portfolio within the real estate sector. You’ll review third-party financial packages, support closing documentation, and contribute to annual budgets. Key responsibilities also include managing compliance activities while driving process improvements for accurate reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Review third-party financial packages for completeness
- Manage investment onboarding and offboarding
- Lead improvements in reconciliation processes
- Prepare financial deliverables and reports
- Support compliance activities including audits
- 3+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting practices
- Exposure to real estate preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with financial software systems
