What You Will Do
Lead and support the kitchen team to ensure flawless execution on every cover. Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation at all times. Stay composed, sharp, and organized in a high volume, fast paced environment. Take full ownership of your section and your role, bringing accountability to everything you do. Partner with the Head Chef on menu development, team training, and day to day operational priorities.
What You Bring
3 to 5 years of progressive kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. A strong foundation in culinary technique and a passion for continuous improvement. Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and team morale. Food handler certification and a commitment to responsible kitchen practices.
