Own Google Ads growth for DTC and eCommerce brands through attribution analysis and full-funnel optimization, working remotely worldwide.As a Google Ads Growth Strategist at Sweat Pants Agency, you will manage accounts end to end. You will guide Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, and YouTube strategy. Your work will connect Merchant Center, landing pages, tracking, and incremental measurement.Key Responsibilities:
Own Google accounts, budgets, strategy, and client communicationAudit campaigns, search terms, feeds, landing pages, and trackingSeparate brand and non-brand performance for growth decisionsManage PMax, automation, Merchant Center, and conversion measurementDiagnose bottlenecks and build needed pages, scripts, and reportingRequirements:
Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful DTC and eCommerce spendExperience with Shopping and PMax, not only SearchFluency across Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, GA4, and GTMAbility to build and ship landing pages using Claude or equivalentNative or near-native English and US Eastern client-call availabilityBring full-funnel Google Ads expertise, skeptical measurement, and direct client communication to Sweat Pants Agency.
