Proactively source talent in Quantum Computing and related fields
Manage the full recruitment process from intake to offer
Collaborate on job descriptions and recruitment strategies
Provide exceptional candidate experiences during technical evaluations
Offer insights on market trends and talent availability

Requirements:

Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
4+ years in technical recruitment in deep-tech environments
Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and techniques
Strong negotiation skills, particularly with complex offers
Exceptional organizational skills and self-starter mindset
