Drive transformative hospitality for North America's mid-market with Cloudbeds as a Mid-Market Onboarding Lead. Focus on onboarding independent hotels and multi-property groups for seamless transitions. As the Mid-Market Onboarding Lead, you'll oversee a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer onboarding experiences. Your role involves managing Onboarding Project Managers and Mid-Market Coaches, ensuring effective transitions for clients migrating from other systems like Opera. This player-coach position allows you to maintain direct engagement with significant accounts while cultivating team efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a regional team of onboarding experts
- Enhance customer-facing quality through coaching and reviews
- Oversee strategic North American accounts during onboarding
- Coordinate optimal account assignments based on complexity
- Act as the primary escalation point for at-risk onboardings
- 5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality technology
- 2+ years managing customer-facing onboarding teams
- Strong knowledge of North American hotel operations
- Consultative communication style with stakeholders
- Project management experience in concurrent projects
