Remote Hospitality Quality Assurance Manager
MasAlto
Lead apartment quality assurance remotely for Corporate Stays using inspections, analytics, and corrective actions across Canadian properties. Work Monday to Saturday on Montreal time.
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee property inspections, housekeeping quality, maintenance standards, and presentation. The role requires analytical skills, quality control experience, property management software familiarity, and strong communication with remote teams and local providers. You will support consistent guest experiences across Corporate Stays apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor apartment quality across Corporate Stays' Canadian portfolio
- Review Breezeway inspections, checklists, photographs, and guest feedback
- Maintain apartment and vendor quality scoring systems
- Coordinate remote video inspections and local audits
- Prepare weekly reports covering results, issues, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- At least three years of relevant hospitality or property management experience
- Experience supervising quality across multiple properties
- Familiarity with inspection tools and property management software
- Strong English communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating remote teams and local service providers
