What You'll Bring

• A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies.
• Skilled in executing on an end‑to‑end recruitment process in technology companies.
• Skilled in capturing and using TA data points to make analytical recruiting decisions.
• Experience collaborating with Hiring Manager stakeholders to meet high standards.
• Disciplined application of advanced TA processes and use of ATS/Sourcing platforms.
