Senior Site Superintendent — Multi-Use & Residential (Toronto)

The Role

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Site Superintendent based in Toronto, ON. You'll own all on-site construction activity - keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and at the quality level VOK is known for.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades
• Manage site schedules and drive milestones to completion
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain full compliance with construction codes and regulations
• Inspect ongoing work and hold all trades to VOK's quality standard
• Resolve site challenges quickly and decisively
• Partner with project managers on progress reporting and proactive problem-solving
• Maintain robust, professional relationships with clients and consultants on site

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a site leadership role within construction (QSR or commercial fit-out an asset)
• Strong command of construction supervision, subcontractor coordination, and schedule management
• Working knowledge of safety protocols, quality control, and code compliance
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Sharp organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership - you bring teams together and keep them moving
• Familiarity with construction technology and scheduling software is an asset
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites
