Store Floor Lead — Elevate Customer Experience

Mejuri

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in Toronto to drive store success through exceptional customer service, team development, and daily operations execution. The role requires motivating and collaborating with staff to deliver Mejuri’s values and a memorable in-store experience.

You will own daily leadership on the sales floor, coaching teammates, and ensuring smooth inventory, merchandising, and systems usage. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a dynamic retail environment.
