What You’ll Do

As Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions for multiple clients. Specifically, you will help our clients by:

• Completing bank and credit card reconciliations;
• Maintaining the general ledger for A/R, A/P, fixed assets, payroll, etc;.
• Preparing, calculating, and filing GST, PST, T4s, T5s, and ROEs;
• Managing the end-to-end payroll process;
• Responsible for month-end close; and
• Supporting year-end compliance.

In addition to the responsibilities above, you'll build trusted relationships with your clients by providing timely, responsive, and high-quality service. If you enjoy helping clients succeed and take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, you'll thrive in this role.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelors in Business Administration/Commerce (accounting major) or a Diploma in Accounting.
• Can work independently, demonstrate accountability, and deliver expected results.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with multiple clients considered an asset.
• Comfortable working with financial technology; enjoys embracing new systems and digital tools that enhance efficiency and the client experience.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
