Salary Range:	As per AUPE Collective Agreement Local 47 Chapter 38
Hours of Work:	1500-2315	Hours per Shift:	7.75

Position Summary:
The LPN Team Leader is responsible of ensuring the general well-being of Residents through the delivery of high-quality services in a manner that is consistent with the policies, procedures and philosophies of Park Place Seniors Living Inc.  The LPN Team Leader will provide basic assessment and treatments, personal care, medication administration, and delegated health services to the Residents, as well as providing support and give direction to the Care Staff.  The LPN Team Leader will at all times demonstrate support of Park Place policies and procedures and conduct themselves in a professional manner in all situations.

Qualifications:

• LPN registered with Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA) in good standing
• K nowledge of Point Click Care, preferably
• Valid C.P.R. certificate and First Aid certification (Standard or Emergency First Aid)
• Clear criminal record security clearance with Vulnerable Sector included (no more than 6 months old)
• Must be physically fit to perform lifting and transferring and able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Appropriately dressed – nursing uniform/scrubs
• Effective written and oral communication skills in the English language
• Must be able to work independently, and as part of the interdisciplinary team
