Key Responsibilities:
• Implement archaeological strategies compliant with provincial legislation
• Cultivate respectful relationships with Indigenous Nations
• Guide clients through permitting and risk mitigation
• Contribute to proposals ensuring business growth
• Perform senior reviews of archaeological deliverables
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario archaeological fieldwork license
• Relevant degree in archaeology or related field
• 15 years of hands-on field program leadership
• Expertise in heritage stewardship and engagement practices
• Knowledgeable in project costing and management
