Prairie Meats LP is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Saskatoon. This position supports all areas of Human Resources and plays a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities include: Recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation; Employee relations and performance management support; Benefits and leave administration; HR policy development and compliance; Training and development coordination; Safety program support; Maintain HR records and reporting; Process payroll through Payworks Qualifications, skills and experience: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CPHR designation (or working toward) is an asset; 3+ years of progressive HR experience (required); Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan employment legislation; Excellent communication; organization, and problem-solving skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office and payroll software; Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive working relationships What We Offer: Competitive salary; Comprehensive benefits package; RRSP matching program; Health Spending and Wellness Account; Employee discount; Supportive team environment; and Opportunities for professional growth.
