Industrial Equipment Sales Representative – Compressed Air Systems
Winnipeg, MB | Full-Time
$50,000–$70,000 base + commission after 3 months
Our client is a growing industrial equipment company looking for an Industrial Equipment Sales Representative to join their Winnipeg team.
You’ll sell compressed air systems and related industrial equipment to manufacturing, commercial, and industrial customers while developing new business and managing existing accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts
- Sell compressed air systems and related industrial equipment
- Meet with customers to understand their equipment needs
- Prepare quotes and follow up on opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with industrial and manufacturing clients
- Work with internal service and technical teams
- Manage your sales pipeline and meet sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in previous B2B sales experience
- Industrial, technical, mechanical, electrical, or equipment sales experience is an asset
- Experience with manufacturing or OEM customers is a strong asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
- Self-motivated and organized
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel occasionally
