Internal Sales Representative

Your exceptional organizational and time management skills enable you to coordinate and optimize your work efficiently. Your sales experience and knowledge of automotive and industrial parts and supplies are paramount as you build customer relationships.

A solid team player, you also possess outstanding communication skills and multi-tasking is a huge asset as your role consists of coordinating inbound and outbound calls as well as walk-in customers for ordering, pick-ups, and returns.

What you will do

· Provide advice to customers on parts and industrial supplies, maintain customer relationships by listening to and identifying their requirements and presenting solutions

· Fill orders by phone or email from our customers and Outside Salespersons and set expectations for delivery, pick up, or COD, process orders into computer system

· Source parts and supplies from local warehouses and buying groups

· Assist in creating an environment that nurtures teamwork, efficiency and celebrates success

· Align with CTR's values and encourage others to seek a positive attitude by working with these values

· Engage in direct sales initiatives

· Attend training and skills meetings as required

· Meet or exceed sales targets and call volumes
