Personal Care Home Manager/Adminstrator

Part-Time (Approx. 24 Hours/Week) | On-Call as Required

Autumn House is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for our personal care home. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Manager is responsible for strategic planning, regulatory compliance, human resources oversight, financial administration, fundraising support, resident-centered care, and community relations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with Saskatchewan Personal Care Home regulations.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for staff in collaboration with the Resident Manager.
Support resident-centered care, medication management, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
Manage budgets, financial oversight, bookkeeping processes, and funding initiatives.
Coordinate staffing, training, certifications, and workforce planning.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, community partners, and stakeholders.
Support recreational programming, special projects, inspections, audits, and risk management activities.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in healthcare, administration, finance, or a related field.
Experience in a Personal Care Home setting is a strong asset.
Knowledge of leadership, human resources, financial management, and non-profit operations.
Valid First Aid/CPR-C certification.
Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
