About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who is able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for creating, processing, and tracking equipment purchase orders within their assigned portfolio, while providing support to both English and French-speaking customers and partners. This role partners closely with the reporting Manager and Outside Sales Managers to ensure orders are managed efficiently and accurately from initiation through completion.
The ISS plays a critical role in delivering seamless order execution, maintaining data accuracy, and providing a high level of service throughout the sales process. This is an office-based position reporting to the Inside Sales Team Lead or Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Liaison with Equipment Manufacturers for order entry and production planning
- Provide timely quotes, as directed by Sales Managers, to ensure the accuracy of cost sheets
- Enter orders for all new unit sales orders
- Document and maintain tracking of unit sales to monitor the production status of order to delivery
- Utilize CRM application to file documents and track customer and sales history
- Liaise between Sales and Service departments to ensure timely and efficient processes
- Collaborate with Logistics department to coordinate Freight traffic as required
- Ensure Sales Managers provide all required information through the sales process and follow up as required
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide status updates
- Prepare sales reports, presentations and participate in other project work as assigned
- Provide general administrative support as required for various team members
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

- Base salary range: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually

Position Details
Location - Innisfil, Ontario
Status - Permanent, salaried role
Schedule - Monday-Friday - occasional extended hours may be required based on operational needs. Overtime will be compensated in accordance with applicable employment standard legislation.

What You Bring
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and French is required to support
customers and vendors in both languages.
- Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks within tight timeframes
- 2+ years’ experience in a related Sales Administrator position
- Experience using MS Office Suite, with a focus on and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using internet research tools
- Experience working with tenders or bids
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process, considered an asset
- Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to a heavy equipment work environment is an asset

- Business Diploma Considered an Asset
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract required for occasional job-related travel, where applicable.
- Completion of a job-related background check in accordance with applicable laws

Le Spécialiste des Ventes Internes (ISS) est responsable de la création, du traitement et du suivi des bons de commande d'équipement au sein de son portefeuille assigné, tout en assurant un support aux clients et partenaires anglophones et francophones. Ce rôle collabore étroitement avec le responsable reporting et les responsables des ventes externes afin de garantir une gestion efficace et précise des commandes du début à l'exécution.
L'ISS joue un rôle essentiel dans l'exécution fluide des commandes, le maintien de la précision des données et la fourniture d'un service de haut niveau tout au long du processus de vente. Il s'agit d'un poste basé au bureau qui relève du responsable de l'équipe commerciale interne ou du manager.
Ce que tu vas faire
- Liaison avec les fabricants d'équipements pour la saisie des commandes et la planification de la production
- Fournir des devis en temps voulu, selon les directives des Commerciales, afin d'assurer l'exactitude des feuilles de coûts
- Saisissez les commandes pour toutes les nouvelles commandes de vente unitaire
- Documenter et suivre les ventes unitaires pour surveiller l'état de production de la commande à la livraison
- Utilisez une application CRM pour classer les documents et suivre l'historique client et commercial
- Assurer la liaison entre les départements Ventes et Service afin de garantir des processus rapides et efficaces
- Collaborer avec le département logistique pour coordonner le trafic de marchandises selon les besoins
- Veillez à ce que les responsables commerciaux fournissent toutes les informations requises tout au long du processus de vente et effectuez un suivi si nécessaire
- Participer régulièrement à des réunions d'équipe pour fournir des mises à jour sur l'état de la situation
- Préparer des rapports de vente, des présentations et participer à d'autres travaux de projet selon les demandes
- Fournir un soutien administratif général selon les besoins pour les différents membres de l'équipe
- Accomplissez des tâches supplémentaires selon les assignations
