Safe Home Fireplace is a family-run business specializing in high-quality fireplace installations and outstanding customer service. We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure every customer receives the best possible experience.
We're looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with an outgoing personality to support our service and sales efforts . The ideal candidate is a self-motivated learner who enjoys working with customers and takes initiative to excel in their role.
Candidate will be based in Strathroy, but will need to work in Sarnia for a day or two per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling service and in-home consultation appointments efficiently
- Assisting customers in the showroomhelping them explore fireplace options and guiding them toward an in-home consultation
- Handling billing and administrative tasks to support service and sales operations
- Providing excellent customer service engaging with both homeowners and professional builders with confidence and professionalism
- Maintaining the showroom ensuring a clean and welcoming space for customers
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to connect with customers and guide them toward in-home consultations
- Familiarity with local geography for efficient scheduling
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Computer proficiency (Google Calendar and QuickBooks experience is an asset)
- Reliable transportation for commuting
- Fluent in oral and written English
Job Details:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM; Saturday, 9 AM-3 PM
- Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Additional Pay: Bonus & overtime opportunities
