Le pharmacien de relève assiste le gérant de la pharmacie dans tous les aspects de l’exploitation de la pharmacie. Gérer, soutenir et représenter les valeurs de base de l’entreprise du respect de la personne, offrir un service à la clientèle et viser l’excellence. Utiliser les connaissances et les compétences uniques afin de répondre aux besoins liés aux médicaments du patient, offrir des soins centrés sur le patient en partenariat avec les patients et les professionnels de la santé afin d’atteindre des résultats positifs concernant la santé ou maintenir ou améliorer la qualité de vie du patient. Conserver son permis de compétences provincial, être conforme aux lois et règlements applicables actuels à une pratique en pharmacie et obtenir les certifications ou crédits requis pour sa pratique, y compris les activités de fusion de la portée des pratiques. Pratiquer conformément aux exigences juridiques et aux principes éthiques, démontrer de l’intégrité et faire preuve de professionnalisme, agir afin de respecter des normes professionnelles de pratique. Déterminer, évaluer, interpréter et fournir le médicament et la pratique pharmaceutique appropriés pour offrir des soins au patient sûrs et efficaces. Communiquer et éduquer pour offrir des soins optimaux et promouvoir la santé auprès des patients tout en respectant leur droit à la confidentialité. En collaboration avec les gérants de la pharmacie désignés, s’assurer que sa pratique respecte les attentes lors de la distribution de médicaments de cette pharmacie.
Échelle salariale
L’échelle salariale pour ce poste est de 41,60 à 55,90 $/h. La rémunération sera déterminée en fonction de l’expérience pertinente.

License - Pharmacist License (secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
