Through effective relationship-building and thought leadership, you'll support fund managers and contribute to developing a sustainable ecosystem that benefits Canadian entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute investment processes with life sciences funds
- Participate in legal negotiations and deal structuring
- Oversee fund performance and compliance
- Engage with industry stakeholders and advocates
- Support the development of reporting standards
- Bachelor’s in life sciences, MBA is a plus
- 5+ years in venture capital or private equity
- Experience in governance and advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of the life sciences sector
- Capable of managing intricate stakeholder relationships
