Supervisor of Fund Accounting - Citco

Become a leader in fund accounting at Citco in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). This supervisory role focuses on managing private equity fund operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. In the Supervisor role, you’ll take charge of overseeing critical Net Asset Value calculations and ensure high-quality financial statement preparation for private equity funds. Your leadership will empower team members to meet deadlines, adhere to compliance standards, and effectively liaise with clients. You'll work closely with diverse teams across the organization to drive efficiency and maintain best practices in financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation of fund valuations and financial reports
- Review expenses and partnership agreements diligently
- Ensure adherence to compliance and internal best practices
- Manage client interactions and external audits
- Provide mentorship and support for team development
- University degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 4 years of fund accounting experience
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Proficient in Excel and FIS Investran PE platform
- Effective communication and analytical prowess
