Position: Tracking and Reporting Analyst I
Pay Rate: $35-$27/hour on T4
Location: Gatineau Quebec (On-Site)
Duration: 03-06+ Months (Possible Extension)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented and organized professional to manage participation requests for various subsidy programs, with a primary focus on the dual-energy program. You will assist clients, handle administrative processing, and design tools to streamline file coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in managing their participation requests for subsidy programs, particularly the dual-energy program.
- Processing participation requests and providing timely follow-ups.
- Participating in follow-up meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing payments, performing follow-up, and reconciliation of reimbursement requests.
- Designing and implementing tools to effectively coordinate and manage administrative files.
- Supporting any other related administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of rigor and attention to detail.
- Experience in program administration, client support, or coordination roles (Energy/Utilities background is a plus).
- Bilingual proficiency (English & French).
- Results-driven with excellent follow-through.
