Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA FIN Group Reporting, you will implement and configure SAP Group Reporting solutions for clients, serving as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP HANA FIN Group Reporting solutions to meet client needs, leveraging business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions.
- Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work closely with clients and team members to build trust, embodying IBM core values such as knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions.
- Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client needs.
- Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Utilize business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SAP HANA FIN Group Reporting Expertise: Deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting Consolidations solutions (such as GRDC), including configuration and implementation to meet client needs.
- Hands-on experience with General Ledger Accounting, Chart of Accounts design, Parallel Ledgers, Tax, Document Splitting, GL Allocations, Intercompany, Closing Cockpit.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Experience with analyzing business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client expectations, utilizing business and industry knowledge.
- Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience in leveraging techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations.
- Solution Design and Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring SAP Group Reporting solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Comprehensive Solution Development: Experience with designing and developing comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of SAP Group Reporting.
- Energy & Utilities industry expertise to achieve simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
- Preference for Greater Toronto Area
