Dayforce Reporting Consultant

Join Insight Global in transforming HR systems as a Dayforce Reporting Consultant. Utilize your expertise in reporting to provide actionable insights supporting business operations. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into effective Dayforce reporting solutions. You will build and maintain reports across Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules. Ensuring reporting accuracy through data validation and testing will be a key focus during the implementation phase of the platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Dayforce reports across multiple modules
- Gather and translate reporting requirements from stakeholders
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Assist in data validation and testing processes
- Identify ways to enhance reporting efficiency and user experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2+ years in HRIS/HCM or reporting environments
- Experience with Dayforce preferred
- Strong understanding of data structures and analytics
- Excellent communication skills for translating business needs
