Join CitiXsys as a Consulting Manager, acting as the strategic link between the company, its partners, and clients. Drive successful implementations, partner enablement, and increase customer satisfaction through expert consulting support. In this senior role, you'll oversee pre- and post-sales activities while serving as the main point of contact for direct customers in specific regions. You'll utilize your expertise in retail technology to align solutions with business objectives and foster deep relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary technical contact for channel partners
- Provide pre-sales support, including product demos
- Lead end-to-end project implementations and documentation
- Enable partners with recurring training and resources
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the customer base
- 10+ years in pre-sales or functional consulting
- Strong understanding of retail operations and challenges
- Proven track record in complex enterprise implementations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
