St-Hubert s'installe à Lachenaie! Dans ce rôle, vous assurerez la gestion complète de la rôtisserie corporative et exercerez un leadership mobilisateur pour faire vivre la mission et la vision de St-Hubert auprès de l’ensemble de l’équipe, tout en offrant une expérience client distinctive.Gestionnaire polyvalent·e, vous excellez autant en gestion d’équipe qu’en gestion financière et opérationnelle, et vous vous démarquez par votre esprit entrepreneurial, nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer.**Ce que vous accomplirez*** Établir les plans de développement d'affaires annuels en collaboration avec le siège social* Promouvoir et partager les orientations stratégiques de la rôtisserie, son positionnement et ses valeurs auprès des employés* Gérer la planification budgétaire et la situation financière de la rôtisserie tout en respectant les ratios de performance* Assurer la satisfaction et la qualité de l’expérience client St-Hubert et mettre en place des moyens qui misent sur la responsabilisation des employés* Établir des mécanismes de communication pour tout le personnel et animer certaines rencontres* Gérer le programme d'appréciation de la performance des employés* Favoriser le développement interne de la relève* Mettre en œuvre tous les moyens nécessaires afin d’optimiser la fidélisation des employés* Sélectionner et former les membres de l'équipe de gestion* Assurer la mise en œuvre des programmes de marketing nationaux, régionaux et locaux* Assurer une bonne gestion des relations avec les employés par la mobilisation et la communication et animer certaines rencontres, au besoin* Assurer l’attraction des talents afin de vous entourer d’une équipe engagée et performante* Gérer la qualité, le service et la propreté de la rôtisserie* Représenter la rôtisserie ainsi que le réseau auprès de la population et de diverses associations d’affaires* Véhiculer, par votre attitude, les principes d'intégrité et de professionnalisme de St-Hubert**Profil recherché*** Expérience dans un rôle de gestion en restauration acquise au minimum depuis les 10 dernières années* Esprit intrapreneurial* Expérience en gestion de grandes équipes en restauration* Excellente gestion budgétaire et des ratios de coûts* Aptitudes à motiver, mobiliser et responsabiliser une équipe* Talent inné du service à la clientèle hors pair* Capacité à gérer les priorités* Capacité à travailler sous pression* Anglais fonctionnel**Information supplémentaire**En mesure de se déplacer sur divers sites
