Staff Product Manager at Affir

Shape innovative credit experiences as a Staff Product Manager with Affir. Lead the vision for consumer credit, turning complexities into intuitive products in a remote-first setting. Join Affir’s Product team to define strategies that enhance consumer understanding and use of credit. You will develop personalized financial journeys, optimize user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful products. This is an opportunity for leaders with 7+ years of experience in product management and a passion for consumer needs. Key Responsibilities:

Define the product direction for consumer credit experiences
Build understandable credit experiences pre-checkout
Create personalized journeys based on consumer research
Collaborate with teams on merchant prequalification processes
Make impactful product decisions with stakeholders

Requirements:

7+ years in product management, preferably in fintech
Proven leadership across multiple teams
Strong consumer product judgment and experience
Strategic thinking with technical depth
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make sound decisions
