Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe, timely manner, as well as providing a positive customer experience which occasionally includes installation of office desks.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport products to customer locations in a timely manner- Load and unload goods from the vehicle- Follow delivery schedules and routes- Communicate with customers to ensure smooth deliveries- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary driver app
- Perform installation of office desks for customers
Skills:
- Commercial driving experience preferred- Excellent communication skills- Strong customer service orientation- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus- Proficiency in using simple tools (electric drill, screwdriver)
- Ability to follow simple furniture installation instructions
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
