Chef de Pratique des Product Owners TEHORA

Faites évoluer la communauté des Product Owners chez TEHORA comme Chef de pratique. Ce rôle hybride valorise votre savoir-faire en structuration et animation. TEHORA cherche un Responsable de communauté de pratique des Product Owners pour développer l'équipe. Avec quinze ans d'expérience minimale en TI, vous vous engagerez à animer, structurer et définir des pratiques tout en soutenant les Product Owners. Votre rôle sera également de participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à la gouvernance des projets. Key Responsibilities:

Animer la communauté de pratique dédiée aux Product Owners
Diffuser et définir les bonnes pratiques
Accompagner les différents Product Owners dans leur rôle
Uniformiser les méthodes et pratiques utilisées
Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue

Requirements:

Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente
Au moins quinze ans d'expérience en TI
Expertise pertinente pour le poste
Maîtrise du français incontournable
Forte capacité d'animation et collaboration
