Reception agent (Receptionist)
Under the responsibility of the manager, the reception agent is responsible for checking in and checking out guests. They are also in charge of phone reservations. Their main duty is to continuously provide impeccable customer service, in accordance with Hilton brand standards. In addition, they must provide guests with useful information regarding the hotel facilities. They are also responsible for informing guests about the city of Quebec and assisting them with reservations for various services.
Main Tasks:
Welcome guests.
Check in and check out each guest.
Respond to guests' inquiries.
Make phone reservations.
Maintain work areas.
Ability to speak English and French at all times.

Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Hours:
Day shift
Evening shift
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
Ability to focus on guests' needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Knowledge of the PEP system (an asset)
Familiarity with the Hilton brand (an asset)
Strong problem-solving skills.
Customer service aptitude.
Good stress tolerance.
Ability to work in a team.
A degree in hotel management or tourism is a major asset.
