Receptionist/ Accounting Clerk

This role combines front-desk reception responsibilities with accounting and administrative support and is ideal for someone who can multi-task and balance the changing needs of the day. Key Responsibilities Reception Duties

• Greet and assist customers, clients, and vendors.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and emails.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Daily cash functions for balancing and processing.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as required.

• Previous experience in reception, administration, or accounting support preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
