Clinical Sales Representative - Future Opportunity
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Sales Representative in Edmonton, AB to drive adoption of da Vinci® Surgical Systems among surgeons and surgical teams. The role combines clinical expertise with sales strategy, focusing on surgeon training, operating room integration, and expansion of the user base across surgical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy with Clinical Sales Manager to maximize system utilization
- Train surgical teams on da Vinci® system operation, OR integration, and surgical applications
- Serve as clinical resource across primary surgical specialties and support regional marketing events
- Create adoption plans for each surgical team and drive expansion through key opinion leader relationships
- Drive sales of instruments and accessories; mentor new team members; manage administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare
- Ambition and exceptional work ethic
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends
- Knowledge of operating room environment preferred
