- Flexible night schedule options include 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts
- Respond to machine breakdowns and emergency repair calls to maximize equipment uptime
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems
- Perform welding and fabrication as required
- Maintain plant plumbing, including repairs to steam and water leaks
- Support maintenance of lift truck batteries and chargers
- Assist with parts inventory and identify required replacement components
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment modifications
- Coordinate with contractors and other trades as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete maintenance activities in accordance with plant safety and quality standards
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) licence with apprenticeship
- 3–5 years of Millwright experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance
- Welding and fabrication capabilities
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work a flexible night schedule covering the required 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. core hours
