Accounting & Finance Manager

Xtended Hydraulic & Machine Inc. is a growing Indigenous-owned company specializing in hydraulic repair, machining, manufacturing, and industrial services. We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support business growth.
Responsibilities:Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports
Manage general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Prepare and submit GST/PST returns, payroll remittances, and other regulatory filings
Support year-end accounting, audits, and corporate tax preparation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
Lead financial reporting and process improvements within our Odoo ERP system
Support inventory accounting, job costing, and operational reporting
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting or financial management experience
Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and tax compliance
Experience preparing financial statements and supporting year-end processes
Advanced Excel and accounting software skills
Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is an asset
CPA designation or active enrollment in the CPA program is a strong asset
Manufacturing, industrial, or construction experience is preferred We Offer:
