THE ROLE  

Cashier

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.

• Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.

• Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.

• Educate customers on our sales and promotions.

• Maintain checkout area organized and welcoming enhancing the shopping experience.

• Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  

A customer-focused attitude — whether you have 1+ years of experience as a cashier or are eager to learn, if you ’ re passionate about helping people, we want you on our team.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Comfortable staying active and engaged during your shift.

A passion for delivering outstanding service, both in-store and online, to help build long-lasting customer relationships.

An eagerness to learn and grow — we ’ ll provide the training you need to develop your skills and improve performance.
