Lead Staff Engineer for Search Query Team

- Own the data infrastructure layer for Search capabilities
- Define and manage the technical roadmap for Atlas Search
- Spearhead architectural decisions for the core mongot
- Coordinate complex initiatives and foster cross-team collaboration
- Elevate team performance through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- 8+ years of expertise in distributed infrastructure
- Proficient in languages like Java and Rust
- Experience with scalable cloud services and SaaS products
- Knowledge of data consistency and durability at physical layers
- History of operating at Staff or Principal scope in tech initiatives
