The Welcome Ambassador is responsible for controlling and guiding the arrival process for guests and staff at the Inn’s entrances; ensuring only authorized guests and staff are on property, and to coordinate with various areas of the hotel to ensure public area occupancies are maintained.

As a Welcome Ambassador you will:

Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux and AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards.

Welcome, control, and guide the arrival process for guests and staff at the Inn’s entrances.

Radio coordination with other areas of the hotel.

Maintain required documentation for arrivals.

Salary/Wage: $20.00 per hour.
