SALES MANAGER (USED CAR DEALERSHIP)

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role involves engaging with clients, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional sales support. A successful Salesperson will be adept at outside sales, possess strong math skills, and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively to clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Provide retail sales support by assisting customers in-store or over the phone, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Utilize strong math skills to assist customers with pricing and product selections.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the sales database.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.

Experience

• Previous experience in car sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Deal with local and national vendors
• Two or more years of previous experience in Pre Owned Sales Management
• Full understanding of set targets ensuring the team are maximising every oppotunity
• Qualifying customers demands and needs to ensure every eligible product is transparently presented to every customer

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
