Lead CET Design & Product Strategy

Join a visionary team as the Head of CET Design & Product Integration, spearheading workspace innovations in the commercial furniture sector. Your expertise in CET technology, combined with a passion for design, will shape transformative client experiences. In this pivotal leadership role, you will connect various teams including CET Developers, Space Planning, Engineering, and Marketing. Your main goal will be enhancing the CET Extension's functionality and aesthetic appeal while mentoring fellow designers in best practices. Your leadership will directly impact product development and the digital experience from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CET Development for full cycle extension support
- Mentor the Space Planning team on CET tools
- Create high-impact CET layouts for marketing initiatives
- Ensure design conformity with company standards
- Act as a liaison among cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of CET Designer experience
- Solid background in commercial furniture design
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and product configurations
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Experience in AutoCAD is beneficial
