3rd Class Stationary Engineer in Powerhouse

Advance your engineering career as a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer in Powerhouse operations in Ontario. Take charge of boiler systems and contribute to the efficient functioning of our maintenance operations. This position allows you to join a collaborative team while reporting to the Maintenance Frontline Leader. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including the monitoring and operation of vital systems that support the entire facility. Your commitment to technical excellence will enhance both safety and performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate 500 HP steam boilers, adjusting as needed
• Manage safety system monitoring during shifts
• Control air supply systems with precision
• Regularly check and maintain cooling systems
• Conduct thorough preventive maintenance checks Requirements:
• Minimum 3rd Class Stationary Engineer Certificate
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Willingness to take initiative during off hours
• Demonstrated professionalism in all communications
