Schedule & Compensation Shift: Continental Shift Rotation (10–12 hour shifts, night/day rotations)Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour (commensurate with experience)
Status: Full-Time, Immediate Start Key Requirements Full availability for a continental shift pattern (includes alternating weekends).

Assembly & Lifting: Handle manual assembly and lift up to 50 lbs.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain high accuracy and focus during repetitive assembly tasks.
Machinery Aptitude: Strong mechanical reasoning and quick adaptability to production equipment.
