Position Overview:
As a Host or Hostess, you play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for guests at a restaurant or hospitality establishment.   • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient seating.
• Guest Relations:
  • Provide information about the restaurant, menu items, and special promotions.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and seek feedback to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Coordinating with Staff:
  • Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate any special requests or preferences to the serving staff.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the waiting area.
• Managing Peak Times:

• Cash Handling:

• Upkeep of Waiting Area:
